Delivery
All jewellery is hand made to order and takes on average 7-10 days from order to despatch. Once jewellery is despatched you will receive a notification email including tracking details. 
Al UK deliveries are sent First Class Signed for/Tracked 24Hour services.
Please allow extra time for delivery to non UK addresses.

Returns
We are happy to refund the cost of any item purchased on our website.

If you decide an item is not right for you and wish to return it please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

Commissions and bespoke orders are non refundable

The cost of returning an item is your responsibility. We strongly advise that you post items back using a secure signed for service. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are damaged or lost on their way back to us.

Items should be returned to us unworn and in their original packaging. We will not accept return on items without their original packaging.

Refunds will be made to the card/payment method with which the item was originally purchased.
